Nope! You can order as little or as much as you like – even if it’s just a single loaf of bread.

You have two convenient options:
Pick Up: Collect your order from the store.
Delivery: Get it brought straight to your door.

Yes, free delivery kicks in for orders over ₹2000. The minimum order requirement is shown at checkout.

Just log in to your account and head to 'My Orders'. You'll see the current status of your order right there. Plus, we’ll keep you updated via WhatsApp.

You can make changes as long as the order hasn’t been picked up or is out for delivery. Once it’s on its way, no changes can be made.

You can request to remove an item before the order is picked up or is out for delivery. After that, changes aren’t possible.

Delivery charges are calculated during checkout, based on your location and order value.

Do you offer same-day delivery or pick-up?
Do you offer same-day delivery or pick-up?
Yes, we do! Orders placed before 12 PM are delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM are delivered the next day. All orders are delivered between 2 PM to 5 PM. Pick Up orders are usually ready within 30 minutes – perfect for when you're in a hurry.

Currently, we deliver only within Chennai. But if you're outside the city and still want our products, let us know – we might be able to work something out!

No! If your order originally qualified for free delivery, we won’t charge extra because of a missing item.

We don’t accept returns for perishable, refrigerated, or frozen items unless:
- The wrong item was shipped, or the product was expired upon delivery. For all other products, return requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 2 days from the date when order cancelled or if product changes occured.

If something is out of stock or doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll give you a call to suggest a replacement or remove the item.
