What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges for local delivery are based on your pin code. Our Local delivery charges start from Rs.60 to 200. We offer free delivery for order values above Rs.2000. The delivery rate calculator is available at the checkout page.
*Note: For immediate order delivery, we use quick delivery options, Extra charges are applicable as per delivery standards by the partners.
What is the estimated delivery time?
All our local delivery orders placed within Chennai are usually delivered on the same day between 2 - 5 PM, If the order is placed before 12 PM. Otherwise we will deliver on the next day. Delivery information specific to your pin code is displayed during checkout.
How will the delivery be done?
Our local orders are delivered through reliable agencies with delivery staff who have soft skill training and food handling knowledge. We also use companies like Dunzo, OKboss and Porter to deliver orders within Chennai.
We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Blue Dart, Aramex, E-come, DTDC, DHL, and Fed -ex. In some cases, your pin code is not serviceable by these courier companies, We use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries. (Conditions Applicable)
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage during delivery. Fragile products are always packed with bubble wrap. All temperature-controlled products are packed with food grade icepack as well. Extra care is taken to sanitize the product and packaging.
